No planes to send my delivery, they say
Near two weeks after placing my order, I have been contacted and their courier cannot find planes.. That's right folks, cannot find planes. They are taking orders for Christmas, and cannot possibly deliver according to this. More likely they actually forgot to send it, but since they said it's a problem with the planes, I best let everyone know not to order before Christmas. No offer was made for an express courier, they gave me the option to wait up to 6 weeks (their standard delivery time) or take a refund only. They chose to send a refund the moment I complained. One would think a delay with a plane would simply add a week or two, and that I would be on top of the pile, not put back to square one! I don't believe it was sent..
