Incredible Customer Service
I had used Eclipse Cycling beforehand for a custom jersey last year and it was fantastic. I thought I'd give them another go as I had a deadline for 4 team jerseys. Many emails were exchanged between Dart and I, and in the end, Dart gave me the guarantee that I would receive my jerseys at the specified date. Low and behold, the jerseys arrived!! I gave Dart all the image files and a draft of the design and the jerseys he was able to produce were the exactly the same as the designs! Amazing as always! In addition, since my order was over $100, the jerseys were shipped free!! The only thing I can fault them on is the size of the chamois in their knicks (they're extremely big in size and are definitely not comfortable for women!). Other than that, I'm going to continue using Eclipse Cycling for their impeccable service and their amazing value-for-money custom jersey production. Thank you Eclipse Cycling, you've definitely won my business for the long run. (and before you start thinking that this was a paid review, IT MOST CERTAINLY IS NOT.)
