ebay lottery
I found some software on ebay.de I wanted to buy and was waiting to the last half minute then this site came up with " is only for germans and you can't bid" or the like. Then I was biding on an same kind of software still on the german site and only for them. I manage to make a bid and I don't want it so my hope is that some one will over bid me. One time I was biding on a hardware same site and still for germans got the same message had to write to the seller that didn't help had again to mail him and this time he change it to Europe and then Hurray, Hurray.
