Good support
I ordered two 100ah batteries and inadvertently put the wrong shipping address. I reached out to customer support to see if I could get the correct address to ship to as for some reason, I could not get it changed on the UPS website. Renogy support worked with UPS to correct the matter and the batteries were delivered to my address. Got the first of two batteries and the battery was very well packaged with no damage to it. Very stout package. Have not hooked up the battery as yet, but so far, I'm very pleased with experience. Customer support person Camille was very helpful and I thank her.
