Avoid the site-item never arrived and customer service diabolical
Ordered from this site, item took 11 days to even get in the country at which point when it arrived with royal mail, they had put an address on which doesn't exist so royal mail notified me that it was being returned. I emailed sunfere straightaway to find out what was going on, and received a reply 4 days later stating can I send my correct address and they will resend a replacement once they receive their original shipment back-presumably making me wait a further 11 days and then a further 11 days. I told them the occasion it was being purchased for would then have passed and the dress not needed so could I have a refund, I was told yes-55%!!!!!!!! Due to their error!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!! NB In response to their reply, it is a lie. They know I put correct address as is stated on order form and they have refused to fully refund beyond 55% of the total value. So it still stands.... Avoid!!
