Genuine Panama?
Bought a "genuine" Panama hat in size 2XL ( I have a large head!) The picture showed in rolled up in a tube. When it eventually came it was in a plastic bag that appeared to have been run over by the courier several times, it was creased and absolutely not hat shaped. The other point was that it was way too small. I complained, they told me (in Chinglish) to use a steam iron or give it to a friend! They did offer me $15 dollars of another hat if I was stupid enough to buy from them again - not going to happen, be warned.
