This is an excellent service provided especially for small business owners , I'm utilizing the connector with Claude so I have an agent managing my calls and texts while also utilizing Sona to pick up when I don't pick up The organization inside of the app is excellent and the customer service is also readily available and willing to help So far so good, nothing negative to report, and I highly recommend others try it
