First and last order
I have no complaints about the very professional communication with Antoine and everyone else on the customer service team, whether via email or WhatsApp. However, this is my first and last order—I realized at the time of shipping that the merchandise was coming from China, which isn’t very reassuring in terms of product quality. And indeed, let’s just say it’s passable. The designs match what’s shown on the website—no problem there—but the craftsmanship is rather low-end. I bought two long dresses, one short dress, and a swimsuit. Only the short dress really didn’t fit me, even though I’d taken the time to check the size chart to avoid making a mistake as much as possible. So I contacted customer service to request a return and get a refund. Since the items came from China, the return shipping cost would have been the same as the price of the dress (about €30). Customer service informed me that this wasn’t in my best interest. The only compensation offered was a refund of 10% of the item’s price. I accepted this, but the bottom line is that I was reimbursed €3 for a dress that cost €30 and that I can’t wear. So, personally, I don’t recommend buying from this site because if an item doesn’t fit you, you’re bound to lose out.
