Up date on previous review
I have an update on my shopping experience with Snapssales. After several conversations with the the seller through the PayPal portal I kept getting refund offers, the last one was for £20.00 which I declined once again. I then asked PayPal to escalate my case to a claim with the seller and today I have received a full refund of £29.80, so if you are having similar problems with the seller and have used PayPal to pay for your purchase give them a go.
