They do not • E” in customer service WILL use a patronising tone • They do NOT like it when you argue back and then they become incredibly Woke • Cheap Nasty T Shirts. Do not look like the photo • Item arrived misshapen. Possibly a previous return and wrong size. • Peng WILL eventually respond with continuing patronising tones • Rudeness seems to annoy them. Yet they strive to annoy. Weird. • They will continue to respond with what I’m sure they think are “clever” rebuffs • We ARE expecting a “managing the situation” response to this email. That seems to be the way they aim to come across as the good guys / victim and soooo hard done by. Yes well done!. That Uni education really paid off. You must be so proud. All of the above happened because upon email confirmation of order I noticed that Evri were the courier. And we all know how rubbish they are. I thought by warning them the item may never arrive as we had 13. Now 14 parcels in 2 months ”go missing” thus saving them time and money would be gratefully received. But NO. They weren’t interested. And now. We are where we are I’m see a lot of customer are satisfied. But this older customer is not. Ageist maybe? Or just plain ignorant. You decide. FYI. I’m not interested in your reply. As I’ve already told you and PayPal UPDATE: And there it is. As predicted. And full of BS. FURTHER UPDATE: This company / Individual has embarked on a personal attack via PayPal. Email. Trustpilot. Social Media. “Abuse” as you so “wokely” put it. Works both ways. You continue to “abuse” and I will continue to react. You can keep playing the “I will have the last word” game. By all means. But the the fundamentals here ,are. You did not want to take the heads up re Evri. And THAT. Is not my problem. I have told this company to cease contacting me.
