Absolutely terrible experience with Airpaz.
I attempted to book a flight through Airpaz, but at the final payment stage they suddenly added around 18% in “payment fees” regardless of which payment method I selected. It did not matter whether I chose a local bank card, international card, or even bank transfer, the excessive fee remained the same.
Charging customers such outrageous hidden fees at the very last step is completely unacceptable and feels extremely misleading. The advertised ticket price becomes meaningless once they inflate the total with these ridiculous charges.
In the end, I abandoned the booking and purchased the exact same ticket directly from the airline instead, without any absurd extra fees.
Afterwards I checked the reviews for Airpaz and honestly I wish I had done that before wasting my time. The number of negative experiences from other customers says everything.
Do yourself a favour and avoid booking flights with Airpaz. Book directly with the airline instead.

WARNING do not use this Merchant.
This is probably the worst payment solution in the world.
Now you probably ask yourself why?
Let me explain….
I applied for merchant account with Rapyd round two months ago and their KYC process took around 30 days to complete by their compliance team. My website is over 20 years old and has been processing online payments with a 0.5% chargeback ratio over the last 20 years so we are low risk.
However as I wanted to be 100% sure they could accept my business model which is immigration to United States I specifically asked Rapid compliance team to double check if they could approve my account before I was going to start the API integration.
Just after 30 days the compliance team got back to me with an approval and said that we could start the integration. I again ask compliance if they were 100% sure that my account was fully approved so we were not going to waste any time on the integration and then being declined later. Again, the answer was, YES, your account is fully approved so please go ahead with the integration and start processing payments.
My in-house developers then started the integration and had a lot of problems with this solution as the Rapyd platform is full of bugs. We were integrating via API but most of their card’s solution was not working. Each time we told them that one of the card solutions was not working it took them several days to figure out what was wrong before they tried to fix it.
In the end they provided us with a workaround that we could use for Visa and MasterCard only. Not the best solution but at least a start so we went for that.
After working closely together fixing many bugs we finally were ready to launch the system with Rapyd only to find out that our account was declined at the same day we pushed the system to live. Now we have wasted two month, 30 days on getting approved and 30 days of integration.
Luckily, I had another payment solution on hand, so we didn’t lose out and could still run our business. However we did waste a lot of time and that is why I am writing this review and will write hundreds more in the future warn others about this very bad merchant called Rapyd!
Apparently, they did not like our business model even that we have specifically requested to doublecheck that our business model was allowed in their system before we started the integration.
Our website has been processing payments for over 20 years and we have hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers and almost zero chargeback and complaints. So, there would be no-good reason for not approving our account.
The reason our account was first approve and then declined is simply because of incompetent staff working for Rapyd that don’t have a clue about running a compliance team.
The compliance team even ask me if I had the rights are use the photo of the White House on my website, funny enough it was not the White House, but they didn’t know that, it was actually a photo of the US capital. They wanted a written letter from the White House where it clearly was stated that we were allowed to use that photo on our website. LOL. We of course do not need an approval from the White House to use a photo of the US capital as the photo we have used has been purchased by a Adobe photo stock and we had the full license to use that photo on our website.
They also asked so many other silly questions like who made my logo and did we have an approval to use that logo. The list of silly questions as long so I cannot even list it here.
Their support is terrible, and I actually believe that the people working in Rapid support do not know anything about payment solutions at all.
So, if you run a professional business stay away from Rapyd, you will waste your time and risk being without a payment solution.
This will not be my last review about this company and I’m looking forward making hundreds of reviews on all the review sites I can find. If you have been dealing with them as well and have a bad experience you should make as many bad reviews as possible not only on trust pilot but on any review site, you can find. We need to stay together and make sure other website owners are not wasting their time on Rapyd
I actually feel a little bit sorry for the owners and investors of Rapyd as this company could have been much better with the right staff.
So, this was my story and now you’re warned. There are thousands of good payment providers out there so don’t go for the first one you find and for sure do not waste your time on Rapyd.
