Ordered a month ago and still no delivery, and no help from customer service
Not only have they not delivered the sunglasses I ordered and paid for a month ago, Smartbuysunglasses have dropped the responsibility completely and told me to follow up with the delivery company myself. They too are not responding. I can only think this company is a scam and the previous good ratings are plants. New buyers beware! PLEASE NOTE: the reply from Smartbuysunglasses is factually incorrect: 1. My contact information is the same as it has been from the ordering stage - no one has contacted me nor has new information been requested from me at any stage. 2. I've been calling the courier company Toll many times for over 2 weeks, who are also incapable of resolving this. 3. Until now I still have not received anything at all and there is absolutely no contact with any form of resolution from anyone.
