Promised items not delivered and very poor customer service
I spent £98 and promised items were not included in delivery. They offered a 10% discount on my order which was less than the missing items were worth and I won't be making another order (if I ever do now) for at least 18 months. VERY poor customer service! Update as of 30 August - further to my review I have now received the missing items so the company has eventually listened and responded in the right way. Confidence restored, they should have done it sooner but I remain a fan of their product.
