The booking was straight forward
The booking was straight forward, but the customer support was very frustrating, as I kept getting pushed around the same questions without getting my answer and could not be put through to a person to get my answer, either. Also keep getting spurious emails saying that my bookings cannot be confirmed, even though I had been sent booking confirmation and payment receipt.
