Looking for a reliable ESIM? Then skip right past Jetpac!!
I was travelling through Central Asia and purchased a Global ESIM from Jetpac. They were well priced and had good reviews. However the product was completely unreliable and the customer care was even worse. It took about three days for customer care to get the ESIM working in the first place (with some of the most infuriating questions I have ever seen, followed by vast periods of silence). And even then, it was patchy. The SIM would drop out and then I'd have to spend 5mins reconnecting. I ended up cancelling the SIM and getting my money back. I would not recommend using Jetpac. And will certainly never use them in the future.
