Great phone, took longer to arrive than I'd expected
Update: the phone developed a fault after 8 months rendering it unusable. It was a recognised Apple fault. I had to exercise my statutory rights using formal letters but eventually the company refunded me. Was without a phone for several months sorting out the refund. Original review: Ordered an iPhone 5S 'very good' condition, on a Monday 6.45pm. I phoned on the Tuesday and spoke to someone who said they would dispatch it the same day but received no dispatch email until Wednesday at 4.30pm. There was no tracking info. In the meantime I left two voicemails for the company on Wednesday morning and neither calls were returned. Thursday came and went, still no phone or any contact from Royal Mail. Was getting very worried it was all a scam. On Friday the phone arrived about lunchtime. It is a great phone, really excellent condition; we struggle to find any mark on it at all. So overall a positive experience but so long as you realise how long it might take to arrive.
