Unauthorized charges and refused refunds – unacceptable billing practices
I noticed charges from Fotor for a service I never signed up for in the first place. After discovering the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription to ensure no further transactions would go through. Despite canceling, Fotor billed me again. When I reached out to their customer support team to explain the error and request a refund for these invalid charges, they completely refused to return my money. Charging for unrequested services, continuing to bill after cancellation, and denying refunds is completely unacceptable. Be extremely careful before giving this company your payment information.
