Jared is FABULOUS
This company is poorly organized. My order from February was backordered and I got two of the four items ordered. The second two did not come. I got the runaround UNTIL I connected with Jared, who was fabulous! He eliminated all red tape and got the orders shipped in an hour. He was kind, courteous, respectful, efficient, knowledgable, and sympathetic.
