Dodgy dodgy scammy company - AVOID!
Waited an entire month from ordering to receive and was beginning to think I wouldn’t get anything and had been scammed. Emailed as such and was told to wait another 14 days!! No offer of resolution or apology. Eventually my order did turn up, now these clothes look amazing in the photos so the marketing team has definitely done an amazing job! In reality though, rubbish cheap material, weird shaping and sizing - I ordered a bunch of tops all size 12 some were huge others were tiny and they looked NOTHING like the pictures. I askEd to return and the company kept putting off actually providing return details making it as awkward as possible. You only get responses overnight (pretty sure it’s a chinese business) so each communication takes 24 hours. They then sent me a fake address to return to (in England) which I only clocked cos I didn’t recognise the name of the place and googled. I then emailed again asking them to confirm and they admitted that was incorrect and sent a totally different one! I then made sure to send special delivery (£9 out of pocket!) because I couldn’t trust they’d try and wiggle out of refunding me. This is what they’d also stated I had to do in the refund statement - cheeky buggers making it as difficult and annoying as possible to return so you might just keep their tatty clothes! Now I know for a fact they received the parcel 3 days ago but the response I got when enquiring if they have received and when I will be refunded yesterday was could I show them the tracking number and proof of posting! Dodgy as hell they clearly scam people saying no parcel received if you decide against paying ridiculous postage fee to return! Will be interesting to see how it pans out, worst case I will reverse the payment via PayPal but still let this be a warning to anyone considering - Forget it!!
