They forgot washing labels on 300+ pieces of clothes.
Ordered a batch of linen clothes (shirts and pants) from them. Overall quality is ok but with some defects sometimes (uncut strings here and there). But the biggest problem was that they forgot to put the washing labels on the clothes. And then I had to pay for them to send the labels to me. And now I have to figure out a way to sew 300+ washing labels on my clothes before starting to sell them. They are not serious.
