Terrible customer service
Some times the hotel bookings are great. However the customer service is pathetic and the agents will misguide you. I have been trying to amend a booking and Agoda agents are proving to be totally useless . I gave them my booking reference and it was waste of time. The booking is for Nov 2027. The agents alway reply with the standard messages . They will not resolve the issue and then put the blame on someone else .. be careful when dealing with this company
