Backup of Outlook Failed (and could again)…
I got an error message when doing an Outlook backup. I raised a ticket and got an e-mail reply asking me to use the chat service between 7am and 10am which is a small window in a working day - I missed the slot yesterday because I was out shopping. When I logged into chat as directed in an e-mail, I had to fill in a form with the ticket number etc and was still asked what they could help me with today! Jesse got the backup working but couldn't say what had caused the problem and also said they would have to look at the software and re-optimise it. Based on this I believe the issue could arise again until a new version is released. I asked how to relaunch the agent.exe that caused the problem but this question wasn't answered Because of all this, I can only give 3 stars.
