Total Rip Off
I am having terrible trouble with them they offered me 6 free pads to try it for longer so just told them to refund me for the 6 I ordered at the beginning. There reply was once opened they can't refund. So why give a 90 day refund option. Also I asked for refund for the extra warrenty they have said they can't do it as it's digital so this full refund is a load of crap. I have now told them I want to send my unit and everything back for a full refund. I believe they try to charge you the return postage which there is no mention of on there site. I will be opening a paypal dispute with them. _ You reply on here so everybody can see that you are doing something yet you don't reply to my emails with all the above details on it. Unfortunately I have to add more you still have not replied to my emails sent. You come on trust pilot as if you are going to sort it but you don't. I have 4 emails that you have not replied to. I would seriously stay away from this company.
