Daylight robbery
Our tickets were ready for collection from the kiosk at Belfast station. However, charging 44% commission on each ticket by booking through your website is nothing short of daylight robbery. We didn’t know this until our tickets were printed out. The price on the tickets were £15.99 each and you charged me £23.00. Will definitely not book through your website again.
