Please tell me how I get a refund for this absolute piece of cr**!!! It is of an appalling quality, it doesn’t even have a Swiftopoly box to package it in, it’s arrived in a beaten up pizza box style brown cardboard box. I am beyond disappointed 😞 this was to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter, I’m too embarrassed to give it to her, I’m actually too embarrassed to give it to my local charity shop.
