Once I got set up for the transactions, my shipment safely arrived in a discrete box in about one week.

I called the service hotline and got prompt one on one assistance getting set up and they were able to answer all my questions that I had. From that point the transaction proceeded as expected and all my goods arrived in a nice and carefully packed box in about one week. You can expect excellent customer service from GAS online and that makes a very positive impact especially since I am a "rookie" with ordering anything online much less precious medals/commodities for investments. I will be looking forward to ordering from them again.
