Took a random bag I had outside the home which was untagged, and not matching the description I had outlined. Delivered it and service recovery was awful; I ended up retrieving the item myself and re-delivering the correct item. 6 weeks of back-and-forth with their customer service team via phone and email and they tell me that they still require higher management approval for a $4.30 refund. User's recommendation: Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.
