I’ve updated my review as I did receive the dress, and it looks exactly like the picture—so giving just 1 star wouldn’t be fair. The quality met my expectations. However, I was disappointed with how long it took to arrive. I ordered a dress on 9th May and still haven’t received it. The tracking link doesn’t work, and the code isn’t recognised. I’ve contacted the company several times via email and Facebook, but I’ve had no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after paying for something that hasn’t arrived. I’ve now had to open a case through PayPal just to try and get this sorted. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.
