Exceptional Product for one order and poor experience getting my other orders!!
I bought a MX10 Android Tv Box exceptional product and super fast delivery. I ordered other products and it seems like it will take months to get and they seem not to read my emails. All they say sorry but it going to take another 30 days no explanation and I have already waited over a month. They took so long to get to my order that it sold out and now it is at agent warehouse in Turkey and it is just sitting there and not shipping. I will not be buying anymore from TomTop because of this situation and treatment. I am very upset and told them just refund the item because I don't want to wait another month or two to receive the item!! They are just ignoring me!!
