Purchased 3 bras which were supposed to be amazing. Took a while to come and when I got them one has a broken strap and none of them are suitable for wear. The quality is awful. Contacted company for a returns label to be fobbed off with it will be costly to return for myself but I could get £2 compensation I refused and insisted on return again fobbed off with £4 compensation on refusing again and asking for returns label I got a £5 compensation offer and was told that was the highest they would go to and still no help in returning. I’ve now put it into the hands of KLARNA I also thought I was buying these from UK but the tracking came with US customs on it and writing on packaging is Chinese
