Unable to communicate with company
Unable to communicate with company, I have filled out return form several times but no contact what so ever. It says I need a ticket, when completing form it says "already requested" but still no contact, address to return or RMA number. Very poor customer service and goods are far too small and poor quality goods. After leaving review, Dresslily got in touch and sorted out the issues with me and gave a refund. I would order again but always order at least 2 sizes more than you normally take. ie. If you are a L order a 2XXL.
