Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever! Ordering from Germany I asked them before if they can send a package to a DHL parcel station. They told me to order and pay shipping with DHL express what I did. When it came to the point to ship the order, I got an email that fedex is not able to deliver the package to a DHL station. So even though I paid for DHL Express, Minimal Latex initially sent my package with a regular (slower) method. Luckily I’ve been able to get the package shipped the way I payed for but that added 5 more days until the package has been really sent. I don’t want to blame minimal latex, but the package got hold on customs for 1,5weeks and I had to pay more than 50€ extra for it. Then it didn’t got delivered for another week and when it arrived, I realized that it doesn’t fit cause I ordered with shoulder zipper which makes the suit less flexibel and because of the pattern I’m not able to fit it over my shoulders and close it. It takes away a bit of the size and Minimal Latex doesn’t care. So I had lots of hassle, payed a lot of money, spent a lot of time emailing and in the end for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. Really. Better stay away!! Edit to the answer: I sent you a proof of my order and even payed for the DHL express shipping! Please stop denying! You know that you made a mistake! After I sent you the proof you told me that it was somehow an internal error
