Doesn't work
Doesn't work. Paid for full version and tried to convert from Audible to MP3 - then other formats. Always comes out as M4B files. Reply below is incorrect. Tried what they said and it didn't work. There was no support over the weekend (when needed) and on Monday, was just sent a video instruction of how to resolve this problem, sent too late to even check if it would work.
