My first order was a long wait. But this is not the fault of Panda Will, I picked myself SingPost when ordering. I had opened a claim with Paypall and they wanted all the money deposit back when I got my phone. Via live chat, they are easily accessible and helpful. Second order via DHL, well informed of the state, was delivered within a week. Of the first order, the touchscreen broke down, could send the phone had to pay shipping. Ordering a new screen was cheaper, shipped by China post, delivered within 2 weeks. So far no problems with it there, you should keep in mind that it is not a Western company.
