Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. I am never one to write review but this company is so bloody bad I simply had to write this review. They are shambolic at best. They sent me the wrong size trainer which I pad £270 for and took over a month to arrive. Eventually I had a response to my emails and they wanted £170 to re stock them and delivery which is criminal. I tried and tried and tried to contact them each time getting the same response from AI asking me the same original question about my ref number etc etc. I couldn’t get hold of a human being for love nor money. I eventually gave them away to a friends son today as I couldn’t bare to continue going around in circles I almost wanted to cauge my own eyes out.
