Item ordered on the 22nd November as a gift for last week. The order wasnt actually shipped until the 1st December. Still not arrived, had to order something else. Ongoing discussions with customer services. May update the review upon resolution. *update 02/01/19 - item still not arrived, however have now resolved with customer services. Increased from 1 to 3 stars for their prompt assistance but still disappointed not to have received the item.
