The customer service was great, fast response and resolved the issue. I accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector for my phone, and within short time resonse from customer service and a replacement with the correct product is on the way, free of charge. The screen protector is durable and the fitment is good with no noticeable edges. Have been using these screen protector products for several phones and smart watches.
