faulty product and no backup service
I have purchased a salir a phone from this company very good one but it was faulty for after 1 month. The first repair was on my account this was rather a minor one concerning the charging plug off the phone. Then the touch screen went faulty. Nothing was offered except sending the phone on my account back to them for about 5 to 6 weeks and they will check to see what is wrong. Although I sent them a detailed video of the fault no effort for a compensation or replacement was offered. Not even after along exchange of emails supposedly with people who spoke English well. Eventually I had to throw the phone away and buy a new one at a local restore. To be honest I was offered a 5% discount on my next purchase on pandawill. Never again! Beware of this crook company.
