I ordered a one off conversion for 90p .I could not get it to work so I cancelled my membership in the App, and deleted the app. 7 days later I was charged £39.99, I explained the issue, they know I have not used it since the first attempt but flatly refuse to refund me the subscription. I Do not recommend yhus firm at all and would encourage others to shop around and use firms with a decent customer service record.
