No response
Placed an order for a few items. One was not in stock and they emailed asking if I wanted a different colour, I declined and asked for my whole order to be cancelled. A few days later another email arrived saying they hadn’t heard from me. I replied saying the same again that I wanted to cancel the order. So far they have sent a refund for part of the order. I’ve emailed asking what is happening with the other half of the money as no items have shipped. No reply! Paypal claim incoming!!
