Great phone but slow to deliver
I ordered a 'like new' iPhone 5s and, when it finally arrived, it was just that - like new. I did, however, have to wait longer than I had expected for delivery. I tried to contact the company by phone, but I got a strange, distant and garbled answerphone message. I tried e-mail via their web-site but there was no reply. All of this was on a Friday afternoon, so I tried again on Monday. This time I got a person who said they were in the middle of moving offices and that they would despatch the phone right away. That was not convenient so I told them when I wanted it to be delivered and, indeed, it was. Perhaps the delayed delivery was just the result of the office move. It certainly is a nice phone.
