I was promised two free filaments with a purchase of a printer. I received the printer, and it is doing great—near perfect. I also ordered an LED Strip with it, but it was not sent to me. The website does not say anything about it being out of stock or not. I really would want my promised free filaments, and of course, the LED Strip I have paid for. I even have a picture that states that I will receive two free filaments with an order of Flashforge Adventurer 5M. UPDATE: Flashforge Support did help me out. They have sent me my LED strip and the two filaments that you get for free when you purchase a 3D printer, so well done. I give 4/5 stars only because this should not have happened. There should not be a need for a few emails to fix this.
