THEY DONT HONOUR WARRANTY!!
STAY AWAY!!!!! I purchase a wheel set D45 that seems to be perfect deal against the west brands. After few months of use the front wheel started to have a massive play to the sides. I initially thought would be an issue with the bearings quality so I decided to replace the bearings on a shop. They were fine but not for long. After 3 replacements a mechanic (professional wheel builder) suggested they there it’s a poor finish on cnc and that it’s causing the loose bearing to play. I contacted them telling the story and showing several videos and pictures. And they didn’t want to replace the faulty wheel. After so much back and forth they decided to replaced and to my surprised today I received a plain black wheel without logos or anything. They are fine to take you money but not to honour they warranty. Stay away. They are good as long as they work once faulty you need to throw it away and forget the money because even West Country shops they refuse to fix them.
