No service in Sweden
I installed solar panels with Growatt batteries nearly three years ago. One of the batteries was defective, and the issue was reported. After three months, the battery was collected for repair. Now, another four months have passed, and nothing has happened. Who should I turn to? Support in Sweden seems to be non-existent. I want my battery back in good condition. Still has Nothing happen. Suncraft only answer that they waiting for Growatt to get the battery back. Growatt ask for my serial number that I don't have any longer because I don't have the battery.
