Once they've got your money you become their victim
9 weeks and waiting for a cable to connect my apex to solar as I bought the solar package!!! They really don't care as their warehouse stocks the expensive bits that they're happy to take your money knowing parts are missing... Here's millions of BLUETTI BUCKS!!! you can't actually spend these as nothing is in STOCK!!! Customer services only listen to themselves acting like they've rectified the problem when I am still without my cable!!! The final blow came from the offer of a partial refund of £50... Should be £50 per day of waiting!!! I so regret buying from BLUETTI... Please stop emailing me with your offensive and ridiculously stupid emails Bluetti.. Company doesn't allow Google reviews and now I know why... ZERO STARS
