what you need to know about this company
I have purchased numerous items from your company recently. Certain software is difficult to load and has certain faults with them. The big problem is the technical support. It is horrible. I have two items that I have now for over a year and I cannot get them to work. The technical support needs vast improvement and around the clock service.
