Purchased 15 day India esim which was only getting 2g connection on VI India. Chat agent support eventually agreed to refund and then provided a global a 5 day eSIM which connected to 4g straight away. I needed a few more days but was unable to top up the global esim and unable to purchase another global SIM as ekyc was required. My only option was to purchase another India esim which again had the same 2g connection issue. Support was poor. Would not buy again.
