Another excellent experience with this brand. Great quality, original designs that beat the high street here and excellent customer service. I use Omirad regularly and have never encountered a problem. I recently ordered a number of items all of which were of excellent quality, however I was not happy with one of the items. Omirad provided excellent customer service and replaced the item for me free of charge. Their response was quick and effective and I was very happy with the replacement item. Tnank you Omirad.
My first order didn’t arrive however I made contact via the chat option on the website and everything was resolved. My order was resent - it was the courier at fault not the company. This is a genuinely good company the clothes are of excellent quality . I was kept informed throughout and will be buying from them again . Lovely cut snd great quality clothes .
