V.poor experience: UPDATED
Titanium water bottle purchased: Item has manufacturing defect (Split), meaning water easily leaks. TomTop not willing to rectify issue, only offering a partial refund, meaning I have a Cheaper, but still useless item. No more Paid Tomtop purchases from me. UPDATE Since my initial review of V.poor service, Tomtop Have been in contact & replaced the faulty part. It took some time & Hassle, but I now have what I paid for.
