Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. This company cannot find my order in their system; told me they cannot locate my information (name, order date, email address, and shipping/billing information) because they have "no right to" (customer service's words). I gave them them the order number I was texted, and was told the number doesn't exist. However, the amount of my order was deducted from my checking account last week. I made the order via their website on January 3rd, 2023. Last week, customer service requested proof of charge from my bank, which I've not provided. Yet. Today I emailed them a copy of my order confirmation text that contained a link to their website, confirming my order, the charge, items ordered, and shipping/billing address. We'll see what customer service comes up with next. I want my order, or a refund. Simple--please deliver "Bellezeke"!
